Twitter & Facebook

Along with adding some custom branding features we’ve also provided a plug-in that lets you automatically post tweets or updates to both Twitter & Facebook. Basically this feature makes it easy to share construction progress photo updates on public projects with others through the two most popular social networks. Now you can post updates about your project using these social networks and before you know it a whole bunch of people will be getting a quick update on the construction of your project.
There are two important thing to remember. #1 This feature is only turned on if your project has been made available to the public. This means that private projects, that require users to log-in to view their photos, will not be able to see the Twitter or Facebook sharing feature. #2 You need to have an account with Twitter or Facebook to use this feature.
The Denver Union Station project is an example of a public project that can be shared publicly. Also, below are some screen shots of the difference between a public and private project when it comes to sharing with Twitter & Facebook.

The website looks fantastic…informative and creative. Everyone should check it out….and tell friends who might be in the business.
