Delete Points & Re-Activate

This video will show you how to delete (In-Activate) a point that you’ve already established. The video will also show you how to  Re-Activate a point that you previously deleted.

Keep in mind that deleting a point does not delete the photos associated with the point. These photos will still be visible using the Weekly Viewer. If you’re unable to view the above video here is some more information about Deleting Points and re-Activating them.

- Login as an Administrator
- Under “Point Management” select ” Rename, In-active/Activate”
- Select the plan with the point you want to Delete (In-Activate)
- Select the Point you want to (In-Activate)
- Note that the point name will appear in the “Point Name” field
- Select the “In-Activate” button and click “Update Point”
- The point you selected should turn “Red”.

If you want to activate an In-Active point that is “Red” follow the same steps listed above and select the “Activate” button and click “Update Point”. This should trun the “Red Point” back to a “Yellow Point”.

Renaming points can be done in this “Rename, In-Active/Activate” point section

- Click on the point you want to Rename
- In the Point Name Field the current name of your point will appear.
- Go ahead and edit the name and select Update Point.
