This videos shows users how to inactivate a photo and also where to view inactive photos. Keep in mind that JobSiteVisitor.com does not delete your photos so you don’t run the risk of someone intentionally or accidentally deleting some of your photos.

You will want to be logged into your project as an administrator.
To inactivate a photo so that the project team can’t see it you will want to:find the photo either in the Weekly or Time-Lapse Viewer:

- Find the photo in Weekly or Time-Lapse Viewer.
- Select Edit Photo.
- Change the Picture Status to “Inactive”
- Click on “Save Changes”
- Click “Done” to close.

Keep in mind that you can make additional changes to the photo description in this edit photo area.
