Sometimes the architect will send over .TIFF files and you will need to convert them to a .JPG before you upload them. Here’s a video showing how to do this using Microsoft Office Picture Manager. If you’re having trouble with this convertion just ask your architect to resend the image in a .JPG format. Most architects will know how to convert these files quickly.
