The Weekly Viewer allows all of your project members to visit the job site each week from their computer. This image viewer loads all the photos that were taken during a specific week. Members designated as “Full Users” have access to features like Enlarge, Email and Save while “Partial Users” only have access to view the images through the viewer. Either way users will stay updated on weekly activities and everyone should now know whats taking place on the job site. It only takes a few minutes to talk a job site tour using this service.

Also note that the weekly viewer has a “yellow” scroll bar that moves through the yearly calendar giving you a quick reference to the time of year that the photos were taken. When ever photos are uploaded they are inserted into the appropriate week number that is listed in the left menu bar. The week numbers are calculated against the project start date. A week runs from Monday @12:00am – Sunday @12:59pm. Week number link in the left menu bar are only created when photos are uploaded. Administrators can also edit photos from this window if needed. The purpose of this viewer is to provide quick and easy job site tours to the entire team each week with the project’s progress photos.
